**Severe Clogging:** Use anti-clogging screens (tensioned structure, conical or triangular aperture), or add a water spray device (wet screening).

**Improper Screen Tension:** Check the gap between the tension plate and hook plate to ensure even screen tension.

**Excessive Feeding Impact:** Add a buffer plate or adjust the feeding height.
